The hotel was conveniently located near downtown and the South Haven harbor, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was spacious and comfortable, which was essential during our stay. However, the experience was marred by a few cleanliness issues and a lack of attention to breakfast service. Overall, the size of the room stood out positively, but the disappointing aspects left us questioning our choice.

I truly enjoyed my stay here, especially the relaxed atmosphere by the pool and the cozy seating in the leisure room. The indoor heated pool was a great way to unwind after a long day, and I loved the hot breakfast options every morning. One small downside was that the room could have used a little more attention to detail, but it didn’t really take away from the fun overall. 😊

missingWrote a review on 28 Juncomfortable roomsdelicious breakfastnoisy elevatorunstaffed front desklack of luggage carts
Clean and comfortable accommodations contributed to a pleasant two-night stay. Breakfast options included fantastic Dutch products, which were a delightful surprise. However, the elevator was incredibly noisy, and there were no luggage carts available, making it challenging for those on upper floors. The front desk was often unstaffed, leading to a frustrating service experience.

Not for the faint of heart, but got some perks
Our room was clean & spacious, the bedding & pillows were comfortable. The free breakfast was surprisingly good, with juices, muffins, and waffles.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess it was acceptable.

The room itself was quiet and blocked out sound pretty well, which was nice. But the carpet was really dirty and the hallways felt dark and dingy. The towels had something weird on them, and my sister's room had stains on the sheets and a bad smell. I just stuck it out since it was late. Definitely not the best experience overall.
